Halen Threatt represents Fort Bragg and the surrounding area homeowners and future

homeowners. Originally from Jefferson a small community in South Carolina she came

to the Fort Bragg area to be with her husband who serves in 2016. After working as a

staff member at a real estate firm in town she realized that she wanted to be able to

represent families like hers to make the transition easier knowing the sacrifices they

make and become a helping hand to those who come to the Bragg area so in 2018

Halen got her license and became a Broker Associate. Halen is committed to listening

to her clients needs and utilizing her keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful

transaction. Halen specializes in working with military relocation first time home buyers

and investors. She has sold homes in all price ranges from starter homes to

condominiums and investment properties. Her clients appreciate her flexibility low
